This makes Lehman unquestionably the largest assholes in human history. How could the smartest of investment bankers run up such a disaster? I am am completely gobsmacked at the figure. This requires a trial with crimes against humanity as the main charge. They have just turned the US into a 3rd world country. Paulson will have to force legislation through congress to indemnify business from having to pay out else we will have a meltdown that will be never ending.... This is just unbelievable.
